I think I would try finding some earrings from another material, possibly a flatback or smaller hoops if yours isn't already, so it moves more easily with your ear without disturbing the hole too much.
ive tried diff materials but its all the same, also tried different jewelry (three diff types of flatbacks and hoops now) and theyre all bad ahahah
Maybe if you have the option to consult a dermatologist at one point? Could maybe help you get to the bottom of why this keeps happening to you
