This is such an underhanded question 

If you say yes - They might offer you a lower salary, or assume that you can't get a job u kno 

If you say no - They'll ask you why you decided to apply, they'll automatically assume that you have a job (and or ask where, and why you want to leave)  and then they know they'll probably need to up their salary offer if they want to hire you 

Again It's just a stupid question anyhow
