omg no =( it 100% causes bloating n stomach problems. eating more of it will make things worse n worse. I searched up about it so much back then n everywhere I read it said it was the cause. when I went to my doctor she agreed, n the same week I stopped I felt such a huge difference

i had no issues with it in the beginning but it ended up causing so much pain for me n bloating. it went away now though! took some time. just be careful don't use it too much because now everything is sugar free n its easy to over consume sweeteners. that's a good share cuz i am planning to get it so it's nice to know i'll have to use it thoughtfully
