my favorite has been making tofu scrambled eggs (just tofu, margarine and kala namak + additional seasonings like dried parsley) recently
i bought the expensive kala namak salt so i better be making some vegan eggs but yeah its been great to add into different slop bowls and to toasted bread
I still haven’t tried tofu scramble of any kind cos the recipes never look v good to me but maybe I shud get some Kala namak to make it more eggy… though I do eat eggs so a lil silly jdjdlsl but is always good to find more vegan alternatives for the animalic products I eat tbh so I can phase them out more hmhm
