i found someone who explained it:

"Finnish people say they are going to the blueberry patch when they go to pick blueberries from the forest. However, it can also literally mean going into the blueberry itself. The point of the joke is that the grandmas went to the blueberry patch, but since a blueberry is so small, one couldn't fit inside it."

idk i just thought it was sooooooo hilarious that the other grandma could not fit inside a blueberry
