cold sore question

today that scab like thing fell off n i guess i'm getting a regular scab

anyways, moving on to my fucking question. do i apply that cream to the regular scab as well??? or do i just let it do its thing? maybe it's best to let it heal and breathe properly idk?

but i think this one may have been triggered lmao i got sick last week, i've been rly stressed and tired, the weather. all of those are triggers apparently

ahhh it is what it is, barely notice that i get blisters tbh
don't even know for how long i've had herpes. i found out it was actual herpes almost 4 years ago when they did unrelated tests on me @ the hospital. they didn't tell me i tested positive for herpes, i read it in my journal later, which i thought was weird at the time but like... why would they, it's super fucking common
