well literally fuckong two days ago, i messaged a person working @ telia to ask how much credit i have so i can use it to take the longest period of instalments, which is 36 months
the guy told me i had 10k dkk in credits, which means ill be able to pay off the iphone 13 pro. bonus info: he asked for my social security number to check the amount of credits I have, n it took him a bit of a while to get back to me abt it.
fast forward to the presale/preorder day, which started today. for some reason, I couldn't preorder the phone w the current subscription i have for my phone. i dont wanna pay for a whole new subscription just for the phone, because thats more money spent and i dont need two subscriptions for one phone.
so i message them again today, talking to a new telia worker, being like hey???? thats weird, i cant preorder the new phone. why? n i give them the name of my subscription n the name of the phone i want w the gb n color n everything, because they asked for that info
n they're like, almost not even a minute after: sorry u cant buy the phone, u have a max of 5000 dkk in credits. that means i can pay the 5000 dkk of the phone in instalments, n the rest of the 3100 i need to pay in cash directly.
im like???? wtf ur work mate just told me two days ago that i had 10k dkk in credits, and ur just gonna tell me i have 5k dkk WITHOUT asking for my bank info or my social security number?
