And I don't realise either until I've eaten up half or the entire thing, so it takes a while for my brain to register what's going on

What is wrong with me?? Is this some type of sleepwalking or????

then a lot of sketchy shit started happening ofc and i just layed on my back in panic w my phone that had like 5% and i couldnt even grab the charger because i knew that some spooky shit would start happening so i just layed there and waited for me to fall asleep again..
it was creepy af especially now that ive heard this spirit thing because my bff passed away a couple of years ago n idk its creepy.
