i remember that time i assumes i just had a flu/cold/normal infection (last year) but it turned out to be pneumonia lol
I've had throat infection too many times, but from experience it suaully goes away after max 3-4 days if I don't get a fever, if I do get a fever tho im more fucked cus it gets like 40° and dying and it lasts longer
