i work in a kitchen btw so i cook basically all day every day and i think that's why i dislike cooking at home too. i fucking hate food at this point
i eat small portions at work a few times a week and that's basically all the cooked food i eat!!!!!! but that food isn't good for me lol it's very high calorie and meant 4 malnourished ppl

It's also a good idea to do meal prep at a point when you have more spoons 

Hard boiled eggs can be stored for least 2 weeks in the fridge 

Many meals can be frozen and then reheated in the microwave

Same, idk why but after I started culinary school (?) I first started hating dessert/cake n whatever, makes me sick to think abt, but now it makes me sick to think abt regular food too. Lovely

yes !!!! like all the tastings u do n shit makes u so sick of it and even tho you don't take big bites when you taste, it still adds up and somehow it makes u full?? it's weird i hate working with food

also i usually make ravioli when i dont want to cook and dont want to buy takeout. just cook it and put some pesto on and you got a meal

frozen vegetables, you can cook them in the microwave, literally just put the veggies in a bowl and microwave for like 5-8 minutes. #helth

i think overnight oats are quite easy cuz you just put the ingredients together and don't have to do anything in the morning. but yea aa most of the time i just eat microwave meals bc i don't have the spoons to cook

i just split the chopping ingredients and cooking them into two parts with a break in between so it doesnt get too overwhelming

I really suck at cooking but my all time favourite to make is omelette and "over cooked" red lentils,
easy to make even for my stupid ass. 

i love lentils so much its so tasty aahh and healthy, winwin lol
