Of course it hurts, but it's nothing horrible. Where are you getting it? I think my most painful one was by my knee and by my shoulder blade.

But also, remember to breathe, it's easy to hold your breath bc it's a natural reaction, but I find taking deep breaths help a lot!

The shoulder it itself doesn't hurt too bad, it's just the closer you get to the collarbone.
