What you are experiencing is called Auditory Verbal Hallucinations. -The phenomena where one hear voices, that are not real; saying specific phrases, usually in different accents and even different genders- 
They can be a sign of schizophrenia, psychosis and bi-polar disorder- amongst many other disorders.
However, Neuro-typical - or - "normal" people can also get auditory hallucinations sometimes- typically when waking up or falling asleep, where the brain is halfway into dream world.

If you literally have non-stop auditory hallucinations, it might be a good idea to go to therapy to get some answers
