The russ part? It's a month long graduation fest in Scandinavia where ppl dress up in fairly standardized outfits in different colors matching their study direction (red, black, blue or green). U practically do prank like stuff, party and drink for a month before u even have passed ur exam to celebrate u r done w 12-13years of school.
