I felt that I was getting a vaccuum in my throat yesterday evening cus I had to strain so much breathing in cus my throat/lungs were so closed , I think I would have died if I put on a mask 😭😭 I moved to my room in the cabin instead with window open + door closed so it would air out the dog air and it helped thank god
