i just wash my face at night and put some kinda night cream on and then in the morning day cream

i use makeup only for parties so not often rly

what cream are u using
ur creams could have exfoliants in them or some perfumes which over time have irritated ur skin barrier or broken it down
post creams

I just got two new ones actually bc the others were empty but yeah i think they do have perfume in em ....

I would get a cream that doesn't have spf (it can honestly be cheap body lotion from the grocery store without perfume), without spf, active inredients (like niacinamide or glycolic acid or retinol perfume), anything rlly. Its cheap so if it doesn't work u can try smth else. Im allergic to a lot of stuff so im used to trying a lot of stull lol. I like the cosrx oil free moisturizer, but its not that good if your have dry dry skin. I just use a regular body lotion over it if im very dry in the face

it has urea and perfume in it, urea isnt inherently bad but it is a gentle exfoliant and perfume u wanna avoid

idk what netherlands has but check for cetaphil or cerave in ur pharmacies or drugstore, stop using those creams if u can, most likely causing the irritation
