I've kept spiders, currently have a little cutie (Philodromus margaritatus, and googling that will give you spider pictures, beware) lighting up my day in her little enclosure on my desk. I've had jumping spiders too, literal puppies.
Also had a couple praying mantises, and definitely wanna get another one sometime in the future.

I'm also really interested in getting a tarantula or two. Have you seen a pink toed tarantula?? They literally have little socks on how cute is that

One day I will just have a room dedicated to cute lil bugs and spiders
