oufff that's a long time!! Did you get anything when it lasted 4 weeks?

Im on day two on antibiotics since my CRP was 60 when i visited doctor. I think it helps, but still feels kinda slow progression.

1 week, i kept consuming vitamin C in either gummy form or pill form per day

and...... AND.... i've only drank water n orange juice or anything very citrusy + tea at night cn speed up the process, at least for me it works but it's helpful to immediately take it down once u feel like yk ur gna get sick lol

and i've not used any cough medicines or allergen medicines only cs i've tripped on benadryl by accident.. but do so drink lots of citrus related juices or drinks tht contain vitamin C

Yeah, i use neti rinse which helps then and there!! Trying to avoid nasal spray like otrivin but i take it if i cant sleep at night because of clogged nose
I got antibiotics tho, and should esp help if it's bacterial which what doc maybe thinks it is because of the CRP level. I hope it gets better the next days. Im going insane being this sick for so long n no energy for anything, finger crossed it gets better soon
