I would like to preface with: i am looking for help please

Ive reach the point where cleaning is difficult,
I still autopilot clean the liter box and sweep, and do laundry because I have to, ya know? Work doesnt stop, and the animals won't be made to suffer because of my mental...nd I am struggling to eat, not the cooking, I can put myself on autopilot to cook but, i am struggling to put food in my mouth and chew. Everything tastes bland and flavorless. Even my favorite order from my favorite restaurant. Ive kept touch with my man and my parents, I play games online with my friends, I try to do my hobbies. But I just, dont feel real
This isn't me

Feels like im on autopilot more than im driving the car
I hate it, but I cant get the engine started
I think my check engine light is no longer a warning

I guess
My question is
When you get into a loop, how do you get out?
What do you do when you need a brain reset?

sorry you're going through this, i can relate unfortunately sad
have you tried giving yourself tasks with a timer rather than a set goal? for example, have you tried to set a goal to clean for 1-5 minutes instead of a goal to finish cleaning something? doing something for just 5 minutes at a time feels way less overwhelming for your brain and you can always increase the time if you have enough strength for it

Also it's important to reach out to your support system whoever that may be to you

Thats smart
Tomorrow when I make dinner I will have to set a lot of short timers anyway... maybe I'll just rot in bed until then
