they usually draw cash if they wanna give it to me directly, but also take me shopping and buy the stuff for me with their card!

i figure paypal could work provided the exchanges leave no traces in your bank account... i have my bank account connected with my paypal so i don't move money back and forth, but as result the charges show up in my purchase history instead. not that many finnish shops accept paypal from my experience, so if he was to move money to your paypal, you'd have to use those funds for online shopping for most part (which idk if is bad for you)

idk if kela wants tiliote from you but if they do, that's when you get caught. they've only ever asked for those for toimeentulotuki for me, buuuuut you never know  stressful as fuck

AKA using paypal should be just fine as long as you don't actually move the money you get there into any of your bank accounts that kela's aware of
