I don't think we all (at least, i don't) dislike you for that! even if it (the habit, not you) can be annoying that doesn't make you not a valuable and interesting individual! I just want to encourage u to find help if u can for that (it's ok to not know and need help) because you deserve to live not hating yourself 24/7

what I do wonder and think would be good for all of us to know (and this is a very /gen /srs question) is what would be the best way for everyone to handle those threads. (Like specifically the self deprecating ones, the regular ones are obviously just regular threads n I personally enjoy those that you make!). Like do you think it’s better for people to ignore them? Do you need encouragement that you are liked/pretty/etc even if you will disagree? Like not just what you want to hear, I’m wondering what you think will help you progress/ minimize further harm the best? Do you have tactics you’ve learnt in therapy for how people should handle it that you could share with us?
