How do I link images URL in comment section?

In a better question wording; How do I link images URL of an outfit I suggested without the images randomly changing in the link and like shows up in comment section like other players?

You insert the 'direct link' and post.
Note: A direct link allaws ends on a file type (such at .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif etc)
