One that isn't necessarily irreplaceable but I'm just really proud to have, is my cookie the beanie baby keychain. I saw him online a lot on memes and I had to have one. Then I saw him for like 5 dollars at the pharmacy and he was the last one!!
I also kept every card from my 14th ish bday so I have hundreds of bday and Christmas and anniversary and wedding card💀 even one my friend I met here sent me (with a puppy on it holding flowers in fact)
