I still have nightmares abt it 

my pulse was so high when I made it back I fucked it all up, shooting comps r like yoga like, high pulse is the death of u

It's actually pretty big!! We have nationals evry year but a kind of nationals where EVRYONE can join if u wanna! Nd the superb winner becomes shooting king/queen!
The outfits r incredibly inconvenient like we all wud walk like penguins when in it

I placed extremely bad bcus my pulse was so high nd it's a relaxing sport u want to zen u kno like completely in the moment nd no pulse it's a lot abt breathing nd calm nd me... I was NOT calm after that :cry

I wish I still did it, I was a big hope! Ppl believed me to compete well nd one day become shooting king! Nd I also think honestly it helped my anxiety bcus of the way u need to turn ur brain off nd focus on breath nd b in the moment, using it as a form of idk.. therapy? It sounds wild from outsude perspective I think bcus omg it's fckin guns LOL!! But even without the bullets, Id stand in the living room shooting blanks at the wall for practice, nd it wud have the same effect

Mby one day Ill get back into it .. I have the opportunity ti gi whenever I want, dad's still super active in the community, but my suit dont fit anymore nd my "hvilepuls" (relaxing pulse??) Is way too high atm I think, Id have to workout before gettin back into it gigggl

ooh that makes sense! kind of mindfulness like almost meditative state? it's also good to lower ur resting pulse and practice mindfulness for body and mind well being, so it might be worth practicing (or finding another thing that gets u practicing a similar mindset) for health and to gradually restart the sport it u want!

thus me turning any topic into medical science lol, but vp wouldn't be the same w/o the maxwell, workout and be the pizzabakerin penguin leon i believe in u
