absolutely agree, I also feel less stressed watching Korean reality tv shows compared to American ones, I was super obsessed with Culinary Class Wars and how civil ppl were, and started Physical 101 trying to find a similar-vibe show

if you like culinary class wars, the lastest season of "chef and my fridge" has the cast of many top contenders and it's a lot more chill and comedic of a show, would absolutely recommend. It's so funny and bingeable
