I have opposite problem I hav taken my duvet out ov the cover nd only sleep w the cover cus I get so warm all the time

also Im thinkin too much abt resident evil so I cannot sleep

Honestly me too, I have a thousand thoughts a second, but I am used to sleeping anyway, so when I fixed the temperature issue it fixed the sleeping issue 😭 even tho I still think a million thots a minute 

Often it doesn't work, but now that's I realized I sleep very cold mby thats the answer to my problems (its not)
