talkd abt how we used too many hours last year nd will cut down from now on so instead of 4 ppl workin night in weekends it will only be 3. Which is funny cus then y has she hired TWO NEW PPL when we r alrdy too many for that so ppl got pissed abt losing hrs obv, even tho boss was like "we will try find a way to make u get ur hrs" but I cannot see how that is gonna work

Then some tiny stuff like "don't put work off so other ppl will have to do their job AND the job u put off", the classics. Phone usage, breaktimes etc

got a lil good job in there somewhere idk


And then evryone left but my weekend shift which was so awkward nd me nd bestie was still eating ASDFUHGDFUH nd it was just boss telling the two of them to straighten up nd take more initiative nd then was very strict abt them having gone 2 ppl on 1 delivery leaving the newest person behind etc etc and that they cannot depend on me evry time Im there just bcus Im there cus I can't have control of everything every shift

I felt so bad for them I had to go in as good cop nd be like "but you guys ARE good at ur job btw!! I know you are good at it bcus I've seen it! We just need to work out some of these problems and I kno it's gonna b no problem for u!" :cry :cry :cry :cry
