I think it's possible too. Maybe not like intelligent animals like we think of on earth but I can believe plantlife or other small things like bacterias things like that. Maybe we'll find space guinea pigs one day

and i dont mean it in a human exceptionalist way, it would just be illogical for aliens to exist in the exact way we imagine them in pop culture (=theyre more intelligent than us and have spaceships capable of intergalactic travel)

i like that one netflix docu with theoretical alien ecosystems shown like a nature documentary. theyre very alien but theyre still shown as animals with behaviors that make sense
