it helps with very specific adhd traits and then it makes the other ones three times worse 
it's great and all that i actually have dopamine in my brain now, crazy how much more energetic and alert it makes me but man.
can i focus? yeah, so much that everything else around me stops mattering and i forget the stove has been on 200C for an hour and i havent put my food in. and that ive been up for 10 hours and havent eaten lunch yet. and when im not focusing on a task, i completely zone out and get distracted every ten seconds and feel like a fucking goldfish forgetting what i was doing. happened twice while writing this
