hopefully I mean her migraines will stop after menopause. Shit is happenin obv. Which is y she is doing this at all bcus it is hormone fucked and she thinks veggies can fuck up those hormones. 

I know she also took hormones. Estrogen, she never told me but I saw it in the trash and that obv didnt help

this IS a "idk what else to do" fix
and a migraine haver myself, god I get her. I got my dad's migraines. idk what my mom feels in migraine but omg if I had it as often as her I prob wud also try to go carnivore. Id do anything if I got migraines as often as her.

Yeah I don’t blame her it’s prolly awful, just so sad when pseudoscience take advantage of desperate people, even if she gets some placebo relief tho I hope she can find it in a less harmful diet so she doesn’t worsen her health with it 😔

has she tried taking blood thinning (? idk if thats the right english term) meds preventively daily? i do that and it has helped a lot the first few months i started taking them, they seem to work slightly less now but when i started out all my migraines and headaches were just ... gone
