yeah it's my 'oops my shift starts at 1pm but I haven't eaten anything yet' meal. Not very healthy but keeps you going.

I nevr eat enough protein idk, but I usually only eat a proper meal at dinner, n the other meal is like smth stupid but usually barely any protein... But still. I have to eat 100% chicken breast or tune for 100% of meals

I didn't even notice lol. I never look at kalories but yeah there's a lot of fat and protein in there.
