those arent fruit flies but fungus gnats
they are sooo annoying to get ridd off if i ever had some again i think i would probably just throw away the plannt 
like they dont do anything to food or annoy me as a human beside them existing and flying aound a bit but its so annopying that they keep eating the roots of the plants
abnd those yellow sticky papers u can buy only attact the adult ones but the larvae are eating the plant
