i think i have made peace with my actual name (ella) nowadays, the bad things attached to it keep happening less and less ever since it became a really popular baby name like 5 years ago. i used to introduce myself and ppl would be like "haha so whats ur REAL name?" (they often assumed its short for elisabeth?????) or they would sing one of two certain songs with the name and think they are sooooo funny (it never was)
nowadays ppl seem to realialize that it is its owen name and not short for anything and people can usually read and write it correctly. and i often gert told its a pretty name

so i think i would stay with ella, tho maybe id change my second/third names. they both sound good togehter with ella BUT horrible as a trio. so id get rid of one of them lol

choosing my own name (combo) felt really empowering, as i mean your name is a big part of your life and it felt weird to me that something like this would be decided for me before i had an opportunity to form my own opinion (obviously, babies can't do that quite yet but yk). my family wasn't the best, so it felt even more important for me to make my own destiny or whatever.

impressed that i managed to choose a name combo at such a young age that i still like and still think fits me, though throughout the years i kind of like my third name the most
