and i noticed that as i am getting older im also more affected by caffeeine?? like i used to be able to drink 2 glasses of cola and go to sleep 20 min later no problem lol. but now it actually does give me problems to fall asleep when i drink coffein too late

i think as long as u dont notice anyrthing and u dont go to bed too late because of it just continue what u do
