I use mine when im driving, and in early winter when the sun is just above the horizon. The light is giving me a headache.

I think I only had -0,50 on my first pair glasses and I was 21 I think when I first got glasses

In the summer regular dark glasses work, but when i drive i need them to be darker and when its going to winter i need darker shades.

I am not wearing them when I make pancakes but other than that I wear them at home. I want to see good
