Maybe someday, right now it looks like if it was made to be in a museum
What colour is it? Does it cost a lot to fix it?
I keep painting it in white. It doesn't cost that much because I fix it myself, but it does cost me a lot of sweat and tears, and sometimes blood

It doesn't have to be broken to be painted tho, but maybe you like the look of the furniture already?
Yeah I buy the one I like so I don't have to paint it
Anyways I don't think I own anything that can b painted? Everything is just fabric n I don't wanna paint that
Makes sense, I own a lot of wooden items and that can be painted. Naturally I wouldn't paint a fabric (or leather) sofa, I suspect that would turn out pretty awful.
Lol it would
I hav a book shelf tho thats white but is it wood?? Idk, its one of those smooth ikea ones probably, idk how it works to paint over that but

Oooh nice  That's very old.
Too old, but it's part of our traditions
I really like old furniture, it often lasts longer than new ones because the materials they used are in general of superior quality compared to (at least cheap stores like IKEA) furniture nowadays. But it depends, of course, there are furniture I'd prefer buying new.
I mean, this wardrobe is surviving like a champion, but it'd be nice to ave something new

I have to paint it at least once every two months; it gets dirty easily and also the paint doesn't stick for too long

If you use like sand paper on it you can paint it, I got my sister's old nightstand thing from jysk that is white and I absolutely loathe that, so we used sand paper on it and painted it blue, much better!

Have you considered buying a different type of paint, maybe it would last longer?

The thing is that I tried at least 3 different types of paint, none worked out as planned. Maybe it's just my fault and should ask for help, but I hate doing that, so it's a vicious cycle

Yeah, it is a lot of work, but if it's not broken and you want to give it new life I would at least consider trying to paint it, it took forever painting the dresser thing I had from IKEA, it literally never ended, yellow is a pain to paint things in lmao.

I've started being better on asking for help but I still prefer finding things myself, it's weird that none of the paints have been good enough tho.
