Yeah, I read up on some of the posts when they came out 
I still think he should hire actual staff or pay Jess and give her more power. 
He obviously doesn't have time or the talent to deal with VP the proper way then he might as well give the responsibility to somebody else. 

I used to buy credits every month since I joined but have noticed it's not worth my money anymore ; - ;
