I think you're taking this personally and you shouldn't be. Even though you and other always go to great lengths to make things happen, the responsibility is not yours. It belongs to kaj. Even if you enjoy doing this. He holds the responsibility.

I can't speak for everyone, only myself. I truly appreciate everything that everyone does here, especially you Maselein. But that doesn't diminish Kaj's responsibility to deliver what he has promised. He is not doing that. I am expressing my disappointment in him for not honoring his promises as a business owner.

yeah, well, honestly, it's hard not to take it personally when people who don't understand anything about the whole things that happen in the background try to explain to us why we fail them
we all take it more or less personally, I just snapped
because, yeah, sure, Kaj is the ultimate baddie here
but we have to fix it and we are those standing in line if people want mass executions because they don't get the dm sets they feel they deserve
we are the first to get the hate and the shame and it really is tough not to take that personally
because we are the ones making the choices here, as Kaj gave away that responsibility

I know. That's what makes me so upset, Masi. All of you are top notch. Truly. Every single one of you. You all go to such great lengths to make sure tht we all have a good experience here. And you all do it for free. It frustrates me when Kaj doesn't provide the management support that he should be proving. Because, ultimately, it is all of you who have to lsiten to the complaints and have to deal with the fall out.

I'm so sorry if anything I said made you feel bad. It wasn't my intention at all. My frustration sits squarely with Kaj. He is the one sitting back and allowing all of you to carry responsibility that is too big for you all to handle with everything going on in your lives.

If he can't afford to hire someone then he should be stepping to make sure nothing gets dropped. That's what a business owner does.

Anyway...I never meant to make you feel bad.

no, don't worry, I don't take it out on the people complaining, even if it may sound like this
I do know, that a whole bunch of you appreciate the work we do and I'm really happy for this
but the constant nagging in the background just pushes you every week to the limits, no matter how involved you were with the sets yourself
