I have a pothos (pretty sure it's a golden pothos but the variegation is a light creamish colour so I'm not sure) a string of hearts, a syngonium podophyllum pink allusion, hoya carnosa krimson princess,an alocasia polly, a begonia maculata wightii, some sort of peperomia (it was labeled a watermelon peperomia but it's definitely not, looks like it might be a beetle peperomia), a monstera adansonii, calathea ornata, some kind of ivy (I think it's called a hedera helix white wonder, I got it at IKEA for 15 shekels lol, it was labeled 'small plant') and 7 succulents that I don't really care for but they're here soo.
wow a lot of plants i've never seen before
Really? They're all pretty common. Maybe it's regional, though I hear a lot about most of them, maybe not the syngonium.
Oh wait yeah I've seen some of them but had no idea what they're named. Doesn't help that a lot of Norwegian places are like lol let's not label the plants

hmm true, i just thought they resembled the rhaphidophora tetrasperma
They call it a mini monstera for a reason. I mean, I think they're cooler but...
I've got both and I think.. they are very different so they have different appeals imo. If you want like larger plants the monsteras are better than the mini monsteras.. also my mini monstera grows fast as fuck and i'm like bro relax

Dude they do that here too, I hate it so much! There's one plant store (nursery? Plant store? I don't know, sounds too blunt, anyway) in Abu Ghosh (a village, I guess, near Jerusalem) and they do label their plants but they often mislabeled them, like my mystery peperomia, per example. The others I've been to, like the one my parents usually go to, only have some plants labeled with their little plant passports if they're imported or a little sign on a stick but they usually just don't.

The one I bought yesterday was labelled as epipremnum pinnatum golden pothos but uhmm it certainly looks like neon pothos imo but whatever honestly lmao
i hate that tho, i also bought a mystery plant kruspersille was able to identify as an aglaomena maria but like HONESTLY it cannot be that hard

Dude my string of hearts grows like a weed, I've only had it for a while but it's nearly doubled in length, it's clearly having a great time.
Speaking or string of hearts, a lot of people seem to really like the variegated variety but it just looks kind of sickly to me? I don't get the appeal.

I usually do not like the variegated versions of the plants because as you say, they look sickly. I think it often looks like disease when they seem?? off?? I don't know. My silver pothos (allegedly the english name) has been growing insanely much this summer.. Most of mine have, I bought a dieffenbachia tropic snow and removed probably 15 or more leaves from it and it is still thick as fuck

I think that's a general name for pothos'ss'ss's (pothosie? Pothos? Pothos multiplied) but I'm not big into pothossssss so I don't know.
I actually have a mystery aglaonema propagating in my room that I got from my psychiatrists clinic lmao, I've been looking for it'\s name for weeks, maybe one of y'all can identify it? It's kind of like a maria but it's. Not. Here's a shitty pic of its leaf feat. my hand:

I hear calatheas (and maybe prayer plants in general) are often dramatic and hard to look after but mines been doing great, it's got two new leaves coming out so I think it's fine, hope it'll stay that way.
