My cat is 6 months, still a kitten
My hedgie is 6-7 years, she's lived a very long life for a hedgehog already
The dog I care for, is I think is a Pitbull/Lab mix? and he's 9
The other cat is 16 this year. We lovingly call him Garfield, because he is chonky
They are so cute and everyone has nice names 
Hedgehogs are so rare these days in Sweden, so I would love to have a cute hedgehog like that with me too that I could take care of.
They're really sweet animals, they're more like companions than pets though.
however mine wasn't socialized properly (she was rescued from a big box pet chain (I think she was captured and sold)) so it may be different with ones raised in captivity
Hedgehogs are actually illegal in a lot of the US because of their diet and they breed like crazy.

Companionship is very good and it was good that she was saved.
It was a shame that they are illegal.
