I've never watched the anime but readed Tokyo Ghoul manga. I also started to collect Tokyo Ghoul:re but so far I've readed only first volume of it. XD
i tried reading the manga but i just couldnt commit to it
but like the animes really sucke
they were so rushed i'm so disappointed like it had such a special place in my heart and they ruined it for me

evangelion is about giant robots and existential dread lmao its my favorite of all time lmao

i like gundam but that's basically a genre reccomendation lmao it's the giant robot franchise that's been going for over 40 years.

ghost in the shell is like quintessential cyberpunk if you're into cyberpunk i highkey reccomend the alita battle angel manga, akira of course, some episodes of cowboy bebop.
