Hero name: Scorpio.
Hero abilities: Very fast and agile, can release scorpion poison and the antidote with her tail. Resistance to low and high temperatures and night vision googles.
Weakness: Damages on her tail.

Curiosities: Her name is Chiyo Ootsuka, her blood type is O and her height is 165 cm.
She likes cats, swimming and warm colors but almost anyone knows it, because of her quirk people are afraid of her and she can't make friends easily but her dream is to be a powerful heroine and save as many people as she can.

Born 12/4 (currently 16), she lives with her parents and her cat named Takeo. She has recently moved to U.A Highschool to fulfill her dream. 
Chiyo also wants to make new friends (or at least try) and when alone, she likes to play with Takeo, swim or train her tail, this makes her forget about loneliness.

Solaire creates dreams; their powers are restricted to the usage of helping others. They ward off of negative energy, ensuring that people sleep safe and soundly during the night. Though they can also grant people other forms of dreams, but their powers are limited to that ability.

Weakness: Nightmares
Depending on the nightmare, its affect on the victim, size and destruction, they drain Solaire for their powers - physically and mentally.

Background:
Many moons ago Solaire was born. They do not remember when, how or why, but they came to exist. They were granted with their powers; a gift, and wanted to use them for good. They are mute, and therefore communicate with their classmates and associates via sign language. Despite their rather intimidating, scary features, they want nothing but love for those around them. Solaire's powers are strongest during night.

She's a rockstar among the villains, with her poisonous cigarettes and the pop rock style that made killing so easy for her.  Pinkskull Baby can transform herself in smoke to move or to enter in the lungs of the adversaries  to kill them, when she's in her body form she can exhale poison to kill. Her only weakness is she has to live with the skull of her murdered victims around her telling how much they hate her, even the most noisy metalcore can't reduce the screams.
