a reminder that if these "tricks" don't work for you, maybe you need to seek professional help

getting enough sleep, food+snacks and drinking enough water also is something people sometimes forget to mention when talking about stress

ive recently started drinking kombucha which sounds pretentious but it has been an act of self care and atleast had a positive placebo effect and maybe helped my tummy health? who knows. it took a few bottles before i started to understand why people like it and drink it

It sounds like a very good app and a good app to have if you need to be reminded of what to do during the day.
finch app also is nice because its like a little game where you take care of this bird looking thing with your daily tasks and it has multiple levels from like "surviving the day" to "i need to conquer the whole world" -energy, i used it for a while when i had more time to log in everything
