Good afternoon guys!
I'll be hosting today!

Recently I fell down the weird and dark side of youtube (and the internet) where I read about La Pascualita . A manniquin from a bridal shop in Mexico. Allegedly the manniquin is believed to be the shop owners daughter, who passed away after being bit by a poisonous spider - on her wedding day.

It's said that her (The mannequin) eyes follow people around, as if she was alive. It has also been noted that she appears to look a bit "too" realistic, especially her hands and fingers.

I'll insert a few pictures.

What do you think of this? Do you find it intriguing? Does this remind you of something you've heard?

ughh this reminds me of that russian man who dug up corpses of young girls and then made dolls out of them + he put in a music box in them as well so they would sing to him

I was about to mention Rosalia Lombardo! The little child, different doctor though.

Also:

If I remember correctly (I'll dig up an article on this later) there was a doctor, who actually mummified a young patient, who passed away. He fancied her quite a bit, but I do admit that mummifying a corpse...is a bit too much.

ReallY? How come?

- It was Carl Tanzler who mummified and lived with one of his patients - Elena "Helen" Millagro, who dies of tuberculosis!

Odd fellow

I understand.
Why do you think that someone chooses to "keep them alive" ?

Why do you think that someone chooses to "keep them aflive" ?
i would say it's because they have emotional problems, mainly stemming from their parents
like some trauma etc

True.
Carl Tanzler was put in prison - do you think that the family ever moved on?

A little something about Carl Tanzler
Private
World Famous

Wow I just saw this,  I'm Mexican and here La Pascualita is so Famous is a legend but is just a mannequin it's not real but surely is scary to see how good work the creator made because it looks so real. I love scary things o things that people said are haunted and here we have a lot of haunting stories and places to visit, even tours  of scary places.
