FT: Teachers

Assuming that we've all been to school at some point in our lives,
chances are, we've come across at least a handful of teachers during our school years.
There are the strict teachers, the funny teachers, and then probably also the weird ones.
Some of these teachers have been good, others less so.

Got a teacher to complain about? Or a funny story to tell?
Then this is the thread for you!

i had a teacher who called me the wrong name for like a whole year

the worst part, the name she called wasnt even the name of any students, like there were no students with that name

I don't have any bad teachers. I have this one teacher who is super chill with deadlines and extends them however, but gives us endless things to do (or I'm just not focusing hehe) so they're just piling up /:<<

My only complaint rn

Oof. That reminds me of a relief teacher I had in high school who basically did the same thing, using completely random names for some people. XD

had a teacher who was definitely tired of teaching science to students that didn't care about it
we'd ask him to help us and he'd literally just say "it's in the book" or straight up "no" and then ignore us hsdgkhdsgkj. we made memes about him i still have all of them in a folder on my computer. here are a few of them

(^ when you have nothing to do in class and alf asks "what are you even doing here" )

also there's a reason for the image we used for the meme but idk how well i can explain it in english so shdgkj

OH I had this substitute math teacher in 7th or 8th grade, he wasn't the best teacher.

Don't remember a lot, but I do remember once when a student fell on their chair in math class. He asked if the chair was alright, not the student cx

That's nice! A teacher being chill with deadlines would not be good for my procrastination...

also had a substitute teacher once named björn sten (bear stone, poor guy) which some people thought was so funny they called every single substitute teacher we had after that björn sten

Hahaha, some teachers really do just seem so done. Can't blame them though, it's usually a very "otacksamt" job.

The weirdest teacher I've had was probably my history teacher in high school, who had a system called "the favourite of the week". Basically, he would distribute printed copies of some text or exercise during every lesson. The first copy would always be in colour, so he would shuffle that copy into the pile, distribute them, and the one who got the colour copy became the "favourite of the week", who would get stuff from him (snacks, drinks) during the week.
