It is actually quite common in summer. Normally in Spain we have 45 degrees in summer and in the south even 50 degrees. But yeah, it is way too hot. Thats is why we have long summer vacations. Imagine going to work or to school with this temperatures.... 

25 degrees is nice. I would prefer 30 degrees to have the summer feeling, but is not that bad. Hopefully it gets warmer for you and a little bit cooler for me!
