FT: A Bit of Nostalgia
Private
International star

Hello friends and popstars!
As we've come to the end of summer, I'm feeling a bit nostalgic.
I often remember old games that are gone, toys that just don't exist,
and books that just aren't the same.

And wanted to talk about some of the things we love and miss.

Do you have any you think about? if you could bring one back. what would it be?

flash games, just as a whole. Like, the short games you play online no download or anything. I know there are alternatives and some have been converted but most of the ones i would play for nostalgia of course aren't so...

Most things I liked as a kid I still would shamelessly watch or play so not per se missing...

Lots of things that have been redone i wasn't as much into but if hollywood does touch it I don't like it. I was never super a disney person but I did watch a few and the 2000's barbie movies that were actually decent. OG pokemon games were such a vibe and OG harvest moon games were bettter imo...

honestly though video games as a whole I feel like that. Like it's cool they can do so much better graphics and coding but also it feels more...forced and unoriginal now...which probably all generations feel like about the ones after so guess i'm old now...

man it's weird that stuff I liked as a kid is retro now (kind of? i really don't think 2000's stuff is THAT old but...) Like, on recolorme once the avatar theme was cartoon and I made danny phantom and someone was like wow didn't know people still knew what that was...like what? that was like 2014 that I got told that and it was the first time I thought wow am i old?? and now it's only downhill from there....

And I see remakes of things I like starting to be made on netflix and by other hollywood type things and I'm thinking wow the next generation is only going to know of the remakes and not the originals like eww.....

WHY CAN"T U MAKE ORIGINAL THINGS HOLLYWOOD STOP REDOING MY CHILDHOOD!!

ok i'll stop ranting now

laughing bc gsm used to be one of those things for me, and now i only have regrets

but probably like old horse games that haven't been preserved successfully. habbo also lost all its charm. i grew up with gen 1 my little pony which you rly have to look through nostalgia glasses to appreciate
