Please be 100% honest, because we are more likely to accept a reliable and honest person, and if we see you don't fit the criteria for this job, we may plan  another!

Well mostly working on the administrator account, making forums and setting up all the mails, so a lot of working with the team, deadlines and helping organise the forums. :)

Why you want to apply for the NT: I want to apply for the news team because I like writing; I like writing stories the most but whenever I write a news article I get good feeback on it. Also, I always wanted to be on the news team because I think it'd be cool and fun and I've always wanted to be on it, ever since I joined. I would do any job you'll give me :3

What do you think a behind the scenes user will do the most?: I think a behind the scenes user would be sorting out mail, making forums, things like that. I'd still enjoy it if that was all there was needed to be done.

What skills will you bring: I like to say I'm quite creative and imaginative, so I'll have a lot of ideas. I'm organized and I always meet before a deadline. I'm quite determined too.

Do you have any examples of ideas: I'm sure I will have a lot of ideas. I think there should be a certain day of the week, where we hold a competition or a game or something that people can win from. Also, I know the site has been lacking in users, so something to really get people to sign up for vp, not just for the younger audience, like posters.

What is a strength of yours: Writing ;D Haha! But I think I would do great at whatever you sign me up to. As I said before, I'm very creative so I will have a lot of ideas. Also, I'm very open and cooperate with everyone.

What is a weakness of yours: A weakness? I feel as if I should let other people be the judge of that.

Anything you want us to know?: I am on most days, usually after school. I live in England, just so you know. But yeah, there isn't really a reason why I wouldn't be on but if I won't be I'll inform you [if there's something important going on that day].

Its more of a secertairy kind of position, you would have to chase up people with missing articles as well as set them to 'live' and send out the NT Daily Mail. Though I THINK you would get to take part in the idea making process's (though you will have to confirm this with candice.

Something that will get the community actually involved like forum games such as Mafia and competitions like video editing, poster making and singing. The idea is very raw and doesn't really connect but the activities have to involve the community.
What is a strength of yours: I am dedicated to whatever I do. Whether easy or hard, simple or complicated, I will always follow through.
What is a weakness of yours: I'm very honest. I may come across as crude but I don't intend to.
Anything you want us to know?: No.

Event ideas..Hm. I would say just doing themes throughout the weeks based off different cultures, different countries, something that VP needs more. For organizing  a planner in a forum where we discuss what events we want, agree on them and a date and set ourselves and any other departments involved a dead-line. 

You have no idea how much of a pain it is for us designers having things dropped on us in the last second, this way we get a good few weeks notice too.

What is a strength of yours:
I'm rather bossy when I want to be, but I try to help keep people in order, let them know what to do, when it do and when it's in for.

What is a weakness of yours:
I would say one of my downfalls lately would be activity. Due to stuff in personal life I'm not currently as active as I would like to be, however I still am.

Anything you want us to know?:
What would you like to know?
I did want to originally join to do articles, but I think I would be much better at any Admin work for the NT. I'm at home everyday (Unless I'm taking the dogs to the vets) but I'm online within the evenings and up to around 12am UK time.
