Anyway, I couldn't do much with the top, because it's supposed to be really tight. In other words, not a lot of wrinkles and such.

Like the effect you would get using the soft pen/brush tool rather than the pixel tool. Like in the cheeks it looks a little too blurred than pixeled. I'm also not too keen on the lack of variation in colour in her skin, no 'blush' or things like that - it would make it slightly more realistic, its fine how it is without it but it might look better with it.
Also tight tops can bunch up quite a bit depending on the material and the size of the top.


Either way, I can only recommend doing a little more research into some pictures with clingy or tight fabric especially on the bust and underbust.
I do like what you did and think it should definitely be submitted to VP thats for sure. :)
