I saved and zoomed up on the design. on left leg there pink and yellow patch like you overlayed somthing ??  
Uh you could mean 2 things.
1. the little strip on her dress, which is just extra details.
2. a little yellow light, which is all over her body, on the left side. And that is just glow from the sun, it is summer after all. Dunno, just wanted to add something to her boring skin. xD
