yes, you can have more than one account.
you just cant claim a code on multiple accounts.

no, just the contests from what I know.


i was just answering your question about accounts,
has nothing to do with the gems,
you can have more than one,
but you can NEVER claim a code on more than one account or you will get in trouble.
just making sure you're aware of that.

You can buy them from other users. As items ^^ they are not longer available in the store. One competition a year ago it was  possible to win them but it isn’t now ^_^
